Irisin in obesity was found to be lower than individuals with normal weight. Low irisin levels lead decreased metabolism. metabolism causes a decrease muscle mass, storage of triglyceride energy, and accumulation excess fatty acids the body which can risk obesity. This study aims prove effect moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on increasing obese women. research method is true experimental random calculation design between pretest-posttest groups. A total 18 women aged 20-25 years were actively involved activities divided into two groups, namely KK (n = 9; control group), KE group). Aerobic given using set intensity 60-70% HRmax treadmill for 45 minutes, 3x/week 8 weeks. evaluated before after intervention ELISA Kit method. The data analysis technique used Paired Sample T-Test 5% confidence level. results showed average level (0.83±0.97 vs. 0.86±1.25 ng/mL, p=0.961), (0.69±0.64 2.77±1.26 p=0.003).
